Nice location and quiet. I like the storage garage for extra storage. Sherry and Brian do a great job. I like the clubhouse. Property is kept up well. Nice landscaping.

I love how spread out the complex is. I did not want to live in a multi-story high density property. Pool nice. Management is friendly. Units are good sized and I like my neighbors.

I have been a resident of the Senior Cottages for 7 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Sherry is a caring manager and very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is responsive. The pool and pool area are great and I enjoy spending time there. The single story cottages are really nice with no stairs to deal with.

I found my home at the Senior Cottages of Apache Junction. The Office staff and maintenance people are incredibly responsive and helpful. My apartment home is very, very, very nice. The entire complex is kept up perfectly. I’m home at the Senior Cottages and plan on living here for many years to come.

The Senior Cottages complex is a delight. The 4 plex apartment buildings are more like a condo-home. We have a really nice assortment of renters and now that covid is not much of an issue, group activities are again available staff are always nice & helpful. The Cottages are well run, clean and safe. I have enjoyed my 2 years that I have lived here.

As an 89 year old lady with physical limitations, I am grateful that all of the apartments in this beautiful complex are ground level. I am also at an age where I appreciate the quiet, serene surroundings; in fact, I call this place, “The Garden”. Living here is like being at a lovely resort.

Prior to the pandemic, we had many activities which will resume as soon as possible. A big bonus is having a helpful, friendly management.

I am a 7 year resident of Sr. Cottages. Sherry and Armand are always on property and ready to answer questions or to assist me. The property is kept clean including the pool. I could not be happier with my appartment or neighbors!

My wife and have been living at Senior Cottages of Apache Junction for 11 1/2 years. Our place is very nice and comfortable. The manager is friendly and competent. If there are ever any repairs needed, they are taken care of in a timely fashion. After years of doing my own yard work and repairs, living here has so many benefits.

When I moved to Senior Cottages, I never dreamed I would be here 14 years later. It is a wonderful place to live and close to everything. The apartments are like living in your own little house. Life here is what you make it and I have made some wonderful friends. Drive by at night and see how pretty the property really is.

I have had the privilege of living at The Senior Cottages of Apache Junction going on three years.  During that time I have also been part of the Activities Bored (we spell it that way because we can & we enjoy having fun!).  All residents are included in planning activities & many activities are at no cost thanks to management’s monthly stipend.  Our maintenance person is prompt in keeping apartment repairs timely & keeps the pool in tip top condition.  With weekly landscapers the property always looks great.  I am truly blessed to live in a community with great neighbors who care about one another, have fun together & where it doesn’t cost an arm & a leg to live.
