Our Staff
Sherry Roy
Sherry is the Community Manager at the Senior Cottages of Apache Junction and is responsible for overseeing day to day management of this amazing retirement community. She has over twenty years of experience with onsite property management and twelve of those years have been spent in her current role as the manager of the Senior Cottages of Apache Junction. Property management is both challenging and rewarding as there is never a shortage of things to do and improve. Sherry enjoys keeping up with the constantly changing affordable housing guidelines and making the residents feel at home in the community. She loves the challenge of keeping the community 100% full and staying in compliance with the State of Arizona (LIHTC) Guidelines. Most of all, Sherry loves the daily interaction with residents and finds it rewarding to help seniors obtain affordable rental rates, well maintained units and making the Senior Cottages the best senior housing option in Arizona.
Brian Beisell
Brian is the Maintenance Technician for the Senior Cottages of Apache
Junction. He takes his job very seriously and treats the property as if it were his own. Brian enjoys working at the Senior Cottages, because he loves working around seniors and enjoys helping them when things need to be repaired or replaced. He also enjoys talking with them and hearing the stories that they have from their life experiences. Brian has over 25 years of maintenance experience ranging from, plumbing, electrical, welding, drywall, wood working, painting, appliance repair, roofing, fire protection and other general maintenance needs. So he is well qualified and takes great pride in what he does. Brian plans to be at the Senior Cottages for a very long time.
