Because we are a Low Income Housing Project (LIHTC) there are requirements and Restrictions that applicants must meet to qualify for Tenancy
Pre-Qualifications and restrictions include but are not limited to:
- Income restrictions apply per state guidelines restrictions based on household size
- Yearly Gross Income (including earned, unearned and asset income)
- Our rental rates are a fixed percentage based on Maricopa County's medium income
- Section 8 Welcome
- 1 person required to be 55+ per unit
- 2 years of residency history
Some notable rules and regulations of tenants include but are not limited to:
- 40.00 Application Fee
- 500.00 Refundable Security Deposit
- Pet Policy 2 pets per unit under 25 pounds 300.00 refundable deposit per pet
- Clean units and Garages (Annually Inspected)
- Tenants are required to pay Electric, Phone, and TV services
- Tenants sign a 12 month Lease after Lease term MTM
